Overview

This would have been a Participatory Design wikis. (except its not becasue no one but its creator has any interest in it and it is prety much just a waste of his time)

If you had wanted to improve a design or propose something that needs to be improved then this might have been a the place to have done it. (Or link to another site that specializes in a given field)

This site could have beeen a "free for all" non-hierarchical design wiki. The plan was that you would think of an idea, weather a physical object or an abstract system, and propose a design for it or an improvement to what already exists (this includes everything from "tooth picks" to "politics") and then see who else can help make it a better idea or a reality. As long as you don't mind liberating the I.P. (If you contribute to this site then that contribution will fall under the CreativeCommons ShareAlike license. See LicenseDebate? page for more.) then anything which requires design (as wide a term as that is) can be listed and refined on this site or if there are specialist in a given area then they can be referenced from here so that other more specific sites can specialize in a their given field.

ThisSite itself is waiting for an InterfaceDesign and a direction. All are welcome to edit the site without an account but if you don't like entering the "anti bot codes" then creat an account (NO email will be sent by this site) and get started.

The point is that the person that set up this site has no ridged preconceptions about how this will turn out. The only plans so far are :-

Change is one thing, progress is another. Change is scientific, progress is ethical. Change is indubitable, whereas progress is a matter of controversy. (Bertrand Russell)
